This page explains what happens to the data you leave on this site. It describes what the site actually does, not a generic template.

What data is collected
Only what you type into one of the two forms: your name and, depending on the form, your phone number, email, project type and message. Nothing is collected automatically and no browsing profile is built.
Where it goes
To WhatsApp. The forms on this site do not send anything to a server of ORO Construcciones. When you press send, the site opens WhatsApp with the message already written: to do that, your name, email, phone, type of work and message travel inside the chat address (wa.me, a Meta Platforms domain). That means those details leave your browser for WhatsApp at that moment, before you decide to send the message, and that the address also stays in your browser history. After that, the conversation lives in WhatsApp and is governed by Meta Platforms' privacy policy. What it is used for
To answer your enquiry and, where applicable, quote the work. It is not used for advertising, and it is neither shared nor sold to third parties.
How long it is kept
For as long as the WhatsApp conversation and the commercial relationship last. You can ask for the exchange to be deleted at any time.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The only exception is the Google map on the Contact page, which may set Google cookies when it loads; this site has no control over those. If you would rather avoid them, do not open that page or block third-party cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to tecnica@oroconstrucciones.com. Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information oversees compliance with Act 25.326.
Minors
This site is aimed at individuals and companies commissioning construction work. Data from minors is not deliberately requested or processed.
Changes
If any measurement tool or third-party service is ever added, this page will be updated before it goes live.
