History

We entered the construction industry in 2019 and have not stopped since. Every step has been marked by challenges and opportunities that let us grow within the sector.
With a committed, trained team we build quality work, leaving our mark on every project we take on. Each job is a challenge we take knowing the work goes beyond structures: these are places where people live, work and gather.
Our portfolio today includes service stations for the country's main fuel companies, public works for three municipalities, high-rise buildings, schools, industrial sheds and housing.
How we contract
We work three ways: direct contract with the client, public tender for municipal works, and civil works subcontracting for companies and operators. All three start the same way: site visit, quantity take-off and an itemised open-book budget.
What we hand over
Handover with a signed snag list, as-built drawings, manuals for the installed equipment and the full photographic record of every stage. That record is what you see on this site: every project here came out of its own handover file.
How we work
Our own workforce
The crew is ours. We do not assemble gangs per job: the same people deliver from start to finish, and it shows in the finish.
Everything in writing
Take-off, itemised budget and work plan before we start. No surprise extras halfway through.
Documented work
We record every stage with photographs. That is why all 34 delivered projects are published with their real photographic record, not a render.
Compliance
We work to oil company and municipal contractor specifications, and that discipline runs through the whole operation.
